Pictograms
Visual Satire
Through the use of pictures and sometimes text, pictograms sum up often obscured complicated events and their authors. A most powerful example of is found in the work of George Grosz, whose pictures revealed people, events and cultural values with stunning clarity.
In the “age of the sound bite,” when few have the time or patience for books and in depth reviews, pictograms would seem to be a natural fit. These pictograms reflect my experience and views and if they don’t appeal to you, hit the web and you’ll find the work of many talented folks.
